Not sure where the time has gone. I’m overwhelmed with knowledge and inspired talks and moments, and to be honest, exhausted as well, but it’s been an amazing experience.

Lastly, here are my top takeaways from day 3:

  1. When you say startup, you say distruption(transformation).
  2. Innovation must be part of your business, no matter where you are in your business ( startup or enterprise ).
  3. Content is King, context is the Queen and Software Development is the Kingdom.
  4. There is no such thing as work-life balance, there is work-life integration.
  5. Software Development doesn’t change, but processes do. Devops has enabled software development to be faster, adaptable and flexible to environment and requirements.
  6. Your pitch is about structure, about team and about your exit strategy.
  7. The CEO(Founder) is the strategist, the director is the most important person. He has experience, ability to influence and ability to grow/raise funds.
  8. Metrics are important. But what metrics matter changes with time and experience. You may change and when you do, change and educate. Apply.
  9. Startup is the entry way to enterprise.
  10. Move fast, iterate and optimize. But be methodical and have/follow a process.

Rise has been amazing, and I can only hope I can carry out and share a piece of that knowledge and inspiration.

Thank you.
